TTC is always looking to expand our national workforce of professional road safety trainers to deliver Police referred National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORS) courses to over 500,000 drivers each year in a variety of formats, in classroom, in car and virtually over Zoom and are actively recruiting now for new trainers to join our classroom panel throughout Devon and Cornwall.

If you want the flexibility to work at a time and frequency that suits you, we have the availability to work with you on a freelance/self-employed basis with hourly rates starting at £18 per hour and in time, the ability to develop different delivery platforms to supplement the traditional classroom delivery method with digital delivery via Zoom, adding some variety to the working week.

TTC offers a comprehensive trainer development programme which will support each candidate through the NDORS accreditation process and provide all of the core capabilities to deliver the current suite of NDORS road safety training courses. In addition to meeting the person specification, all new trainers are required to either hold (or be prepared to undertake) an Enhanced DBS check and Public Liability/Professional Indemnity Insurance.
